The Ritec Rohr-Inspektionstechnik GmbH on the IFAT 2018

Also on the this year’s  World's Leading Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Waste and Raw Materials Management, the Ritec Rohr-Inspektionstechnik GmbH from Haldenwang in the Southern-German region Allgäu could present  itself anew at best.

The whole Ritec-company thanks cordially all clients and interested visitors for the friendly and informative conversations and the amazing feedback during the complete fair progress.

Special thanks go furthermore to all Ritec-partners for their expert cooperation and assistance on the booth as well as to the Messe München for the professional prearrangement, implementation and realization of this World's Leading Trade Fair.

On the more than 100 m2 large booth in hall C3, the interested visitors, clients and distribution partners from all over the world had the opportunity, supported by the detailed know-how of the experienced Ritec-team, to watch and to test the complete spectrum of the Ritec-portfolio and to assure themselves of the many pros of the robust and very elaborated high-tech inspection systems.

RiSat - satellite system

As a fair hit, a novel satellite system was presented for the first time: this tractor system is able to channel a separately operated, flexible high-pressure jet camera into the lateral drain, enabling the inspection of connecting pipes or premises drainage systems. As high-pressure jet camera here may be used three different camera types.

The premiere of this innovative satellite system was executed with great pleasure by the Managing Director Thomas Rueß and his staff, and it just earned a lot of laud and very positive feedback from the experts.

Determination of diameter

Also in the sector „determination of diameter”, Ritec has got two more push cameras in its portfolio, which are able to determine the pipe diameter with high accuracy, just by the push of a button - without the additive use of a PC! Especially in the sector of premises drainage systems – which often have lots of branches and cross-sectional changings – the particular diameters are very significant for eventual coming rehabilitation projects, and now they are documentable completely.

RiCubio® & RiMaxio®

The main attractions are still the both innovative Ritec inspection systems RiCubio® in the sizes “M” and “S” as push-systems with clever quick-change-system for the use of different camera heads, as well as the steerable high-pressure jet camera RiMaxio® for a controlled and effective pipe cleaning and inspection in and outside of buildings. Using the RiMaxio®, you even may clean and inspect branched pipes from DN 50 – 150 (ID 2.0” – 6.0”).

The bendability of the camera nozzle of this innovative cleaning-system is steered via remote control, what signifies that you don’t have to turn around the water hose by hand. The cleaning effect is immediately shown on the monitor and documented at the same time. Here has been generated a brand-new basis for the controlled cleaning to create not only inside of buildings effectively and extremely economically clearness and transparency. Both camera-systems are standing for absolute mobility, high functionality and extreme robustness. Especially developed accumulators, respecting all security criteria, underline the independence and flexibility.

RI 32 VB - Axial camera with self leveling picture

A further novelty of the Ritec-portfolio is also a small axial camera with self-leveling picture in the usual high Ritec quality and robustness. With its camera head diameter of only 32 mm (circa 1.26 inch), this one may be used from DN 50 – 150 (ID 2.0” – 6.0”).

Already today, the Ritec is looking forward to further fairs like the RO-KA-TECH 2019 in Kassel or the BAUMA 2019 in Munich and will be present there again with improvements, innovations, enthusiasm and a many years lived quality assurance – as a system provider for pipe- and drain-inspection.
