Covid-19 Communication March 25th, 2020

Dear business associates,

the Federal Government in Germany has for some time been reacting to the current situation through Covid-19 and has introduced considerable restrictions and regulations.

We at Ritec are fortunately still on the way to being able to do our daily tasks with pleasure. This means that our well-known good service and the production of inspection equipment is guaranteed. Delivery bottlenecks by suppliers are not to be recognized at present.

Of course, we also had to take internal measures to provide the best possible protection for our employees, their families, as well as our customers, prospects and business partners. This is an affair of the heart for us and we take this social responsibility seriously. If necessary, we will inform you promptly about possible further adjustments with regard to the course of business.

Please understand that we are unfortunately unable to carry out our field service activities to the planned extent at the moment. Also in the area of assembly and repairs, it may possibly - which we do not hope - come to delays, because we also enable and especially support home childcare for everyone.

Furthermore, some employees are currently also available for you via home office. We are there for you - in whatever form - and are happy to take care of any problem you may have. We at Ritec would like to support you personally and our industry sector with all our strength. The Ritec management would also like to take this opportunity to thank all employees for their trust and willingness to contribute and help shape everything necessary in this difficult phase.

In difficult times, cohesion is extremely important. Please continue to challenge us - we will be happy to actively support you in all matters. At the same time, especially in these tense times, at Ritec improvements and also sensible new developments are being considered even more intensively than in the past.
